Working closely with Blakelaw Community Centre and other schools and community venues, including projects 4 Change, Blakelaw Church and some of the tower blocks, we created large scale hearts in different mediums. We staged an outdoor exhibition celebrating Blakelaw, its community and the special things and people that are at its heart. The school children produced wonderful decorated hearts which we enlarged onto large foamex panels to display outdoors in the shopping centre, parks and on lampposts and railings.
We commissioned Bobzilla to paint a mural on a shopping centre wall.
